Thank you for really comfortable stay, having setting very close to the ferry. All in all everything was excellent, as a bonus I received ironing free of charge: )

I had a fantastic stay at The Old School Self-Catering. The self-catering unit was even better than the photos - it was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The bathroom was spacious and had super white towels. The location was perfect and central, with a bakery on the ground floor which was a major plus for breakfast and light meals. The hotel staff, especially Nathalie, our hostess, was excellent in every way. She surprised us with champagne, cake, and a bedroom decorated with rose petals, making our 25th wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday super special. Nathalie even arranged a rental car for us within 30 minutes - nothing was too big an effort for her, even after hours. I am grateful for her exceptional service, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Praslin.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Excellant price, met requirements. Modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Incredibly kind stuff, and attentive as well. Perfect service. Amazing, big bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Marvellous location a minute walk from Anse Lamour, spacious and huge room. Not to mention easy 10 mins walk from a bakery and a supermarket, plus nice restaurants all around.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious apartment and the well-equipped kitchen. It made self-catering a breeze, and having a washing machine was a definite plus. The living area was comfortable and provided ample space for the kids to play. the location was key - being close to the ferry terminal, shops, and restaurants made exploring the area incredibly easy.
That the bedroom windows faced the street, so we kept the blinds closed most of the time. Other than that, everything was great and we had a wonderful stay.

Our stay at The Old School Self-Catering was exceptional. The staff, especially Natalie, provided excellent customer service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with a bus stop right outside that made it easy to explore the island. We also appreciated the convenience of having shops and a supermarket within a short distance. we highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful service, cleanliness, and convenient location.
The only drawback was the noise from the nearby road, but it was mostly manageable thanks to the good AC in the rooms. We also wished there was a dedicated space outside the apartment for drying wet and sandy clothes and towels from the beach.

I recently stayed at The Old School Self-Catering for a beach holiday. The apartment was well-equipped and even provided beach towels. They had all the necessary cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. The bus station right in front of the guest house made it convenient to explore the area. The bar downstairs served delicious breakfast and lunch. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when I lost my backpack in a taxi. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with amazing showers. Definitely good value for money!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the staff were super cool and helped us with all our needs. We even got recommendations for the sickest places to visit on the complimentary area shuttle. And the best part? We could surf the web like pros! No buffering, just pure online awesomeness.
The one thing we wished for was more party vibes. Like, maybe some rad evening entertainment for us young party animals.

Loved having the spacious apartment all to myself, with a cozy seating area. The free WiFi and tour assistance were a nice touch too. Plus, the beautiful Cote D'Or Beach and Vallee de Mai Nature Reserve were close by.
Ah, nothing like the sound of roosters waking you up in the morning. Such a delight during my stay.
